Celebrate your success and build your brand

Vol 2, July 2024

It’s great when a large tech installation or transformation project slips quietly into the background once complete.

It means it was a success. No disruption. No downtime. No complaints.

We like that. But we want to put a stop to it.

Get some wow and inspire others

The Hitachi Vantara Customer Advocacy Program has been designed to make sure you are recognized for impressive results when it comes to delivering big IT projects. So, along with the efficiencies, cost savings, uptime and resilience that come with your Hitachi Vantara installation, you can reap some benefits for your personal brand too.

By sharing your success on how you are leading the way in technological advancements, you can raise your profile along with that of your business. Sharing your story will shine a spotlight on how you are trailblazing in modernizing infrastructure and keeping ahead of today’s challenges.

And build trust

Can you remember that feeling of uncertainty when comparing new vendors and solution options? Through sharing your experience, you can help bring confidence to others making those same key decisions.

In fact, 80% of B2B buyers say the main driver of vendor selection is their own experience with the company—or what they hear from others about their experience with the company.1

That is the purpose of the Hitachi Vantara Customer Advocacy Program

From press releases to customer stories, webinars to blogs. It’s a fantastic PR opportunity for you and your business, and inspiration for others like you.

And it is simple to get involved

We manage the process, keeping any effort required from you to a minimum. But you maintain control and ultimate approval and sign off, giving you confidence every step of the way.

  1. Interview—we will send you a carefully selected series of questions and / or set up an interview to go through the project
  2. Select—we can work together to discuss how the story could be best conveyed, a press release, a full customer story, a video for socials or a webinar (or a combination of any of these)
  3. Review—anything created is shared with you for feedback, edits and to pass on to other stakeholders involved
  4. Approve and sign off—you give your go ahead on the final version before it goes anywhere. And that’s it!

To see what it could look like, here’s a recent webinar that took place with RWTH Aachen University, along with the customer story and video for the same project. And here you can see a recent press release from Sphere Entertainment
