Updating Our Customers and Partners on NEXT 2020 and NEXT 2021

We love spending time with our customers and partners face-to-face at NEXT every year because it’s an amazing time to connect, collaborate and learn – together. But the COVID-19 crisis continues to have far-reaching impacts around the world. In light of the pandemic and our ongoing focus to ensure the wellbeing of our attendees and staff, we are canceling NEXT 2020. Although we are optimistic that this challenging time for our global community will pass, the safety of our customers, partners and employees remains paramount, and this means taking the steps necessary to help combat this deadly virus.

In lieu of the in-person event you know and love, we will hold smaller online events and briefings throughout the year to continue providing you the opportunity to learn, engage and gain inspiration. Of course, we will issue full refunds to those who have purchased tickets already as well as our committed sponsors.

As we look ahead, you can expect NEXT 2021 to be a virtual event. We continue to adapt the way we work to keep everyone in our community safe, which means moving away from physical events and instead, delivering re-imagined virtual events to keep you connected. We expect to announce dates for NEXT 2021 early in the New Year, so stay tuned!

We are most certainly finding new ways of connecting with our customers and partners during this time of uncertainty, and we will continue to provide you with industry-leading products, solutions, services and support.
